By accessing and using this website ("Site"), operated by Vegas Title Connect, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.
2. Service Description
Vegas Title Connect is NOT a lender. We are not a direct lender. We are a lead generation matching service that connects potential borrowers with independent, third-party lenders. We do not make credit decisions, fund loans, or determine rates and terms. We provide a free service to connect consumers with lenders who may offer short-term loans. We do not make credit decisions, set loan terms, or charge fees to consumers.
3. Not a Lender
We are not a direct lender. We are a lead generation matching service that connects potential borrowers with independent, third-party lenders. We do not make credit decisions, fund loans, or determine rates and terms. The actual lender is responsible for all aspects of the loan, including the application process, approval, funding, and collections. Loan terms, including APR, fees, and repayment terms, are set solely by the lender.
4. No Guarantee of Approval
Submitting a loan request through our Site does not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender or approved for a loan. Approval is at the sole discretion of the lender and depends on the information you provide and the lender's underwriting criteria.
5. Credit Checks and Reporting
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Lenders in our network may perform credit checks with credit reporting agencies or obtain consumer reports to determine your eligibility. By submitting your information, you authorize lenders to verify your information and perform credit checks as permitted by law.
6. APR Disclosure
APR varies significantly by lender and state. Because Nevada does not have a statutory interest rate cap for title loans, APRs can be exceptionally high. Review your lender's terms carefully.
7. Financial Responsibility
Short-term loans should be used for short-term financial needs only, not as a long-term financial solution. Borrowers with credit difficulties should seek credit counseling. You are responsible for carefully reviewing the loan agreement provided by the lender before accepting any loan offer.
8. State Regulations
Loan availability, terms, and regulations vary by state. Not all lenders operate in all states. Nevada Residents: Title loans in Nevada are regulated by the Financial Institutions Division under NRS Chapter 604A. Lenders must consider your ability to repay based on your current income and obligations. Maximum loan amounts are restricted to the fair market value of the collateral vehicle. A single loan term cannot exceed 30 days but may be extended up to 6 times. Installment title loans may extend up to 210 days.
9. Limitation of Liability
Vegas Title Connect shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this Site or any loan obtained through a lender connected via our service. All information is provided "as is" without warranty.
